A reward depends on a tracked, provider-approved affiliate conversion—not simply on completing a purchase.
Core conditions
- Sign in before selecting the offer.
- Start the search through Travelchain.
- Select an offer marked reward-eligible.
- Continue through the tracked provider button.
- Do not replace attribution with another coupon, cashback service, or affiliate link.
- The provider must report and approve the eligible conversion.
- The booking must remain eligible under the provider’s program.
Cancellation, full refund, dispute, duplication, rejection, ineligibility, or correction can prevent or reverse a reward.
