What to know
The ledger supports pending and available states, but the team must configure and legally approve any redemption product before launch. The interface must not imply a use that does not exist.
What to do
- Open Rewards.
- Review Available, Pending, and reversed entries.
- Use Contact support for a ledger discrepancy.
