A click alone is not a confirmed trip. The provider remains the source of the ticket and reservation, while Travelchain stores a limited external-trip record for tracking.
What to do
- Sign in before using the provider handoff.
- Complete the booking with that provider.
- Keep the booking confirmation.
- Check My Trips after provider reporting.
