Use Contact support to request removal of a Travelchain trip record.
What to know
The provider’s reservation is separate. Removing a Travelchain display record does not cancel a booking, erase the provider’s records, or automatically remove immutable reward-ledger entries that must remain for accounting.
What to do
- Open the trip.
- Copy the provider name and booking reference.
- Contact support under Incorrect trip details or Other.
- State that you want the Travelchain trip record removed.
